Obituary of Gail Joseph-Lewis

Gail was called home, on Tuesday, November 12, 2019.

Gail Joseph-Lewis was born to the late Wilfred & Jimella Joseph. She was the youngest of 5 children born of that union. Siblings: Ronald Joseph, Diana Joseph, Anthony Joseph & Bruce Joseph whom all preceded her in death. 

Gail attended the public schools of Brooklyn where she graduated from Wingate High School, and later attended Long Island University, where she obtained her Associates Degree.

Gail became a drug counselor for the State of New York where she guided & helped many men and women! She was an amazing caring, loving and fun person, who was full of joy and laughter. She was known for her comedic style of words and phrases. She kept you laughing. Just the very thought of her would make you smile! 

Gail met and married the love of her life, Mr. Randy Lewis on Fulton Street in Brooklyn, NY. They were married on October 1985.  34 years. 

She leaves to mourns, her husband, Mr. Randy Lewis (Brooklyn, NY) ,  8 nieces & 2 nephews, Ronda Jacobs (Atlanta, GA), Roslyn, Ronald Jr., Janine & Sabrina Joseph (Brooklyn, NY), Kim Penick (Amityville, NY), Danielle (Shaboo)Arrington (Yonkers, NY), Alicia Arrington, (Greensboro NC), Nicole & Jason Joseph (Brooklyn, NY), (3) sisters-in-law, Natalie, Nadine & Lenette Lewis (Brooklyn, NY),  (2) brothers-in-law, Nathan Lewis (Brooklyn, NY) & Sabu Allah (Atlanta, GA) and a host of cousins and friends.
