Obituary of Ronald Walker

Ronald Walker was born to Ruth and Eddie Walker on March 21, 1960 in Harlem, New York.

He received his education in New York City School and graduated from East New York Vocational High School.

Uncle Ronnie or Ron as he was known,  peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Sunday November 11, 2018 at the age of 58.

Ronald joined the Mount Holiness Christian Church, in Brooklyn, New York under the leadership of the late Pastors Anna and Robert Crosby. He continued to be a member of the Mount Holiness Christian Church under the leadership of Pastor Rosemary Bland Garnett. 

Ronald was a retired Elevator Mechanic where he dedicated over 30 years.

Ronald was a very loving and caring person. He would  literally light up a room when he entered it with his enchanting smile. Even through his struggles,  he always tried to keep a smile on his face and follow it with the words, "I'm Ok". Everyone who encountered his presence fell in love with him immediately because of his outgoing personality and lively spirit. 

He was a soft spoken, mild mannered person who lived a fulfilled life. He loved traveling,  shopping, music,  dancing and family functions which included Thanksgiving Dinner which was a tradition,  cooking and his friends.

Though predeceased by his father Eddie Walker and older brother Donal R. Walker, Ronald leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Ruth Walker, one brother Richard B. Walker,  one sister Tracey Walker, one sister in law Patricia Robinson-Walker, four nephews Justin, Joshua, Andre and Robert, four nieces Lamika, Shavonne, Diamond and Monei, one aunt Laura Evans of York, Alabama,  one uncle Simmie Lee Walker of New Orleans, Louisiana, and a host of cousins and friends.
