Obituary of Tatyana Spence

    Tatyana Nicole Spence daughter of Zenia Spence was born on January 1,1992 in Brooklyn Ny.

At 3 months old Tatyana was diagnosed with Aicardi Syndrome. The doctors gave her 3 years to

live but she beat the odds and lived to see 26 years of life by the grace of God.

Tatyana Went to Charity Neighborhood Baptist Church where she was blessed by the late

pastor Dr. J.D. Washington at an early age.

Tatyana went to P.s 9 and Ms.916. She then went on and attended High School but due to her

surgery she had to get home schooled where she earned her High School Diploma.

Throughout Tatyana’s life she enjoyed Music, being talked to sung to and being read to. She

“loved” her bed so much that she never wanted to leave it. Tatyana always slept during the day

and Stayed up all night. She used to get excited when her mother walked in her room. She

loved her home attendants Clara aka Lala and Ms. Irean dearly.

Tatyana made her transition to be with the Lord on Monday May 28,2018 at Methodist Hospital

in Brooklyn Ny surrounded by family.

Tatyana leaves to cherish her memories, Her loving Mother Zenia Spence, Her 2 Sisters Desiree

and Tanajah, Her Grandmother Sadie Gary Spence, Her Nephew Jayce, Her Godmother Yvonne,

Her God father Rev James Bowens, Her 2 God Sisters Yasmine and Kayla, Her 4 Aunts, Shelly,

Avis, Zelda, and Velda(Nooks), Her Uncle Jean, Her 1st Cousins, Charles(sharod), DeShawn,

Tkeyah, Christian, Kevin, Destiny, TayeShawn, Khadijah, DeAustin, Joshua, Robinson and A host

of many other cousins, Great Aunts, Great Uncles, God sister Shavone, God brothers Robert and

Fernando, other family, and Friends.

A Very Special thanks to Mount Sinai, The  Cobble Hill Facility and The Doctors and Nurses at

The Methodist Hospital for her care

Tatyana will be truly missed
